Inaugural Inter-School North 6 Cluster Mandarin Songwriting Competition 2016!

Intune Music is proud to have been part of the inaugural Inter-School North 6 Cluster Mandarin Songwriting Competition organized by CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School, comprising of 27 students from Deyi Secondary School, Presbyterian High and Yio Chu Kang Secondary School, with Intune Music trainers Mr. Derrick Tham, Mr.Travis Minjan and Intune Music Director, Mr. Peng Chi Sheng.

Ukulele workshop at UniSIM!

On a rainy Saturday, our instructors, Ms Jax and Mr. Deomar brought the fun and joy of playing ukuleles to the adult students in UniSIM, creating a cosy and enjoyable afternoon to them!

Our instructor, Ms Jax, actively sharing her knowledge, experiences and joys in playing ukuleles with the participants!

The participants practising in groups and enhance their learning! 

Our instructor, Mr. Deomar, teaching the participants about the technicality of the ukulele to every groups!

Ukulele and Singing Electives at Meridian Junior College

Intune Music Instructors Ms. Joann Chan and Mr. Sin Sek Jhia conducting Ukulele and Singing Electives at Meridian Junior College, respectively, during February and March 2016. 

This is the 3rd year that we have been invited back to Meridian Junior College to conduct elective workshops!

Ms Joann Chan, enthusiastically and warmly, going through the singing material with MJC students!

The students are actively participating in the lesson!

Mr. Sin Sek Jhia,  passionately introducing the ukulele to the students!

The student are paying great attention to our instructor's teaching!

"An Afternoon of Local Music" Performances by The Composers and Authors Society of Singapore (COMPASS)

On 31 January 2016, Sunday, Intune Music Director, Mr. Aaron Lim and instructors, Ms. Ang Zhi Hui and Mr. Azmi along with other talented individuals, performed at "An Afternoon of Local Music" organised by Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and COMPASS.

Intune Music Director, Mr. Aaron Lim, performed passionately in this mini concert! 

Our instructor, Mr Azmi, sang his heart out! 

Our instructor, Ms. Ang Zhi Hui, performed her segment with so much enthusiasm and passion!

There are many more talented musician in Singapore! 

We have certainly enjoyed the day! We met old friends and meet new friends! 

It is always good to know new musicians!

Cheng San Library's Digital Audio and Music Production Workshop using iPad on 30 January, Saturday

On 30 January, Saturday, Intune Music Instructor, Mr. Peh Kong Wee and Ms Shiyu went over to Cheng San Library to conduct a Digital Audio and Music Production Workshop using iPad!

Our Instructor, Mr. Peh Kong Wee, actively and passionately conduct the workshop! 

Our participants actively trying out the iPad app which faciliate in this workshop! 

We are so happy that we are able to reach out to the parents and their children! It was heartwarming to see and actually felt the bonding between the parents and their children!

Mandarin Songwriting Workshop at Admiralty Secondary School on 26 January 2016

On 26 January, Tuesday, Intune Music Songwriting instructor, Mr. Derrick Tham  and Local Singer and Songwriter, Ms. Bevlyn Khoo went over to Admiralty Secondary School  to conduct a Mandarin Songwriting workshop with the students!

Our instructor, Mr. Derrick Tham, introduced himself tot he students and shared about his experience in his songwriting journey!

 

Local Singer and Songwriter, Ms. Bevlyn Khoo, encourages and the students to actively participating in the workshop!
